Returns & exchanges
We want every purchase from Elite Energy to be safe and predictable. That's why we follow Ukraine's Consumer Rights Protection Law: if a product doesn't suit you, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
14 days to return
Counted from the day you receive the product. It just needs to be unused, in resalable condition and complete.
Exchange without extra fees
Instead of a refund, you can exchange the product for another one — you pay or receive back the price difference.
Warranty cases
If a product fails within its warranty period (up to 3 years on equipment) — repair, replacement or refund at our expense.
Return shipping
Return shipping for a non-defective product is paid by the buyer. If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, we cover the shipping.
How to arrange a return

Contact us
Call or message our manager on Telegram — we'll agree on the return and suggest the most convenient way.

Prepare the product
The product must be unused, complete and, if possible, in its original packaging. Include a proof of purchase.

Send the shipment
Ship the product via Nova Poshta to the agreed branch, or bring it in person to our office in Kyiv or Chernihiv.

Get your money back
After inspecting the product, we refund via the same payment method within 7 banking days, or exchange it for another product.
Good to know
- A return is possible if the product is unused and keeps its resalable condition, consumer properties and full package contents.
- Custom-built battery packs (non-standard capacity, enclosure or configuration) of proper quality are non-returnable under applicable law. Their warranty applies in full.
- Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment.
- Warranty claims are handled separately from returns — just contact our manager and describe the issue.
